Product Description : This ballast assembly is used on Crystal Pure Systems and has a small light bulb. The bulb is black, (and looks burnt out), even when new. We recommend replacing the ballast if it's over 7 years old, as a preventitive measure. A defective ballast may blow out your new Ozone Generator.
