Tracing the Radius Corner of Your Spa Cover

If we don't have your spa cover's radius in our files, it may be necessary to make a tracing and mail it to us. This insures the proper fit of your new cover. It's easy to do, just follow these simple steps:

 

1: Locate best condition radius corner.

 

2: Place a piece of cardboard over corner.

 

3: Draw the radius using a Sharpie pen (or equivalent) from underside of cardboard.

 

4: Your finished drawing should look like this. It's a good idea to measure the length and width of the cover along with the hinge direction.

 

5: Tape a piece of tracing paper (or wax paper works well!) over your drawing.

 

6: Use your Sharpie pen and trace the drawing again.

 

Mail the tracing to us, along with a copy of the order form. We'll call you when it arrives to complete the order.
