
To install a new pressure switch follow the steps detailed below.

Step 1. Turn the power off at the GFCI.

Step 2. Take the new pressure switch and wrap the
threads with Teflon tape making sure you do not
cover the hole at the bottom of the switch.

Step 3. Remove the spa panel and locate the
pressure switch. Remove both connectors from the
top of the pressure switch. Your pressure switch may
differ from the one shown here but it will have
connectors as well.

Step 4. Remove the defective pressure switch by
unscrewing it from the heater.

Step 5. Screw the new pressure switch into the heater.
Step 6. Plug both connectors back onto the
terminals, noting that the wires can go on either
terminal.

Step 7. Turn power back on at the GFCI. Wait
approximately one minute and re-check the
control panel. The heat indicator light should now
be solid (i.e. not blinking), which confirms the heater
is working properly. If, however, the "Flow" message
is still visible on the upper control panel, you will
need to perform additional troubleshooting.
